Yea I managed to losen it out in the end with a lot of poking and knocking and just blood sweat and tears, but the actual problem was the rubber seals along the bottom runner, that had buckled as I was closing my bi folds and when I've pushed the lock in the drop bolt has wedged it's self up with the rubber seal, give that a try if you can manage to pop it out. Also after this happened I had the company come out to replace the seals and they gave me all sorts of instructions on certain ways you have to open the doors etc which no one told me when they was being fitted, sounds silly but if you don't no theres a certain way to open the doors you just open and close them

Glad I could help mate, mine was brand new and just been sitting there while I finished building the rest of the house I was fuming! Comes to summer and I can't get outside 😂
